The programme will include the following:
Papers (20 minutes) followed by 10 minutes for discussion
Panel sessions of 90 minutes. Panel discussions will comprise three or more presenters who all focus on the same theme.
Special interest group (SIG) sessions (2 hour session).
Poster presentations.

Presentation types and abstract guidelines:

  • Individual paper: 200 to 300 words, title of paper, names (s) of presenter(s), institution(s) and email address(es), 4 to 6 keywords.
  • Panel presentations: 600 to 800 words, panel topic, names of panel chairperson, panel participants, institution(s), email addresses of participants, 4 to 6 keywords.
  • Posters: 200 to 300 words, title of poster, names (s) of presenter(s), institution(s), email address(es), 4 to 6 keywords

Abstracts must be done in MS Word format, 12 point font, 1,5 line spacing.

Submission of abstracts must be done via the this website, using the ‘Submit a paper’ button.

Notification of abstract acceptance: 01 September 2017
