*Postgraduate students and post-doctoral research fellows need to provide proof of their registration status.

Final date for payment of Conference fee: 02 October 2026
Final programme released: 9 October 2026
Delegates need to submit proof of payment on or before 11 September 2026 to ensure inclusion in the conference programme and presentation at the conference. This conference can only accommodate 250 delegates.
Therefore, we urge you to register early.

Exhibitor Registration
Showcase your organisation, products or services at the SAERA 2026 Conference.
The exhibition fee is R10 000.00 per stand and includes registration for one exhibitor representative. Additional representatives may join the stand at a cost of R6 400.00 per person.
