Conference Registration Fees

Delegates need to register via the conference website using an online registration form, after which an invoice with banking details will be sent to you.

Full Registration R5,900.00
Full registration for Postgraduate students and post-doctoral research fellows* R4,500.00
Full registration for retired academics R4,500.00
2 Day Delegates R3,700.00
1 Day Delegates R2,000.00

Full conference registration fees are inclusive of the annual membership fee for the year. Membership fees for full-time academics is R400. Membership fees for postgraduate students and retired academics is R200.

 *Postgraduate students and post-doctoral research fellows need to provide proof of their registration status.

Important Dates:
Due date for submission of abstracts: 31 March 2025
Final date for submission of abstracts: 30 May 2025
Review of Abstracts: 15 June 2025
First Draft of Conference Programme: 30 July 2025
Final date for conference registration: 15 August 2025
Final date for payment of Conference fee: 7 September 2025
Final programme released: 6 October 2025

Delegates need to submit proof of payment on or before 7 September 2025 to ensure inclusion in the conference programme and presentation at the conference. This conference can only accommodate 250 delegates.  Therefore, we urge you to register early

Gala Dinner

  • Date of Gala dinner: Day 3, 5 November 2025
  • Extra cost of bringing plus 1 person: R500
  • Extra cost for attending the Gala Dinner for 1 or 2 day delegates: R 500 (if the one day or two day registration does not include registration for 5thNovember 2025)
  • Participants can pay to attend the Gala dinner (only) but not the conference – and the cost for this is R500

 The Gala dinner will be included within the full registration fees:

  1. Full registration for students and retired delegates also includes the gala dinner. 
  2. Day participants will have to pay for the gala dinner separately at the cost of R500
