Registration process

This event is in-person only.

Please note that all conference registration fees are inclusive of annual membership for the year. Delegates need to register via the conference website using the online registration form below, after which an invoice with banking details will be sent to you. 

Delegates must submit proof of payment to rose@saera.co.za on or before the due date (11 September 2026) to ensure attendance/presentation at the conference

Conference Registration Costs

Delegates needed to register by 4 September 2026 via the conference website using an online registration form, after which an invoice with banking details will be sent to you.

 *Postgraduate students and post-doctoral research fellows need to provide proof of their registration status.

Annual Membership:

Full conference registration fees are inclusive of the annual membership fee for the year.

• Membership fees for full-time academics are R400.
• Membership fees for postgraduate students and retired academics are R200.
  

Activate Membership:

Conference registration includes annual association membership fees. However, to activate your membership you should confirm and update your details via the association membership form online via the association website: https://www.saera.co.za/membership/

Please do this prior to completing the conference registration form below. Once your membership registration is completed online, you can then select ‘I have filled in the online membership form’ during conference registration.
